SEMINARS. The next seminar (winter) will be announced by October.
AUGUST 20-SEPTEMBER 2007: classes will be held at Wichita State University's Heskett Centerīs Combatives Room, Thursdays 7:00pm-8:30pm, and Friday afternoons in the Heskett centerīs gymnastics room from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Friday afternoons is the HARD/SOFT workout: 30 minutes of San Da for those interested in martial sports (sparring) and 30 minutes of qi gong for anyone interested in energy work, healing, or internal arts. Can one martial art really be so real as to fight and so esoteric as to have an internal practice? Thatīs the nature of Kung Fu: health and self-defense. All faculty, staff and students are welcome and train free. Anyone else is also welcome, though they must pay admission to the Heskett center, which is only $5 per visit. You are welcome to try a class! For further information, send email to the address at the bottom of this page.
Additional classes will be offered Mondays at the tennis courts at Greenbriar Circle just south of 29th and Rock Road in Wichita, from 7:00pm--8:30pm. NOTE: THE FIRST CLUB TRAINING IS MONDAY, AUGUST 20, 2007 AT GREENBRIAR CIRCLE, 7PM.
