TRAINING

WKF aims to teach in a safe and health-promoting way so that students become stronger in all ways. Our training methods are safe and centuries old. A typical training session includes warming up, stretching, Chinese calisthenics, basic movements (stepping, kicking, punching), partner drills, and, eventually, some form of sparring. This training increases stamina, flexibility, coordination and confidence.

You need no previous knowledge of martial arts to join, nor do you have to be in any particular shape. You will naturally work at your own level and eventually push yourself to achieve great things.
